How to use the Calendar Timetable.

 

If you already have a Gmail or Google account, click the link below or navigate to the studio calendar timetable https://www.betterlifeptstudio.com.au/studio-timetable .

NOTE: Calendar and Timetable are the same thing in this context.

In the bottom right corner you see a link to add this calendar to your own google calendar page.

Click on it and this calendar will be added to yours, where you can now let others know when you’ll be using the studio.

Adding a session time to the studio calendar

As far as I know you can only do this using a desktop environment or in a web browser, this option wont work on the phones google calendar app.

  • Click on a time or space in the calendar to see the pop up.

  • Put your name in the title area and a + number to any extra people joining. E.g. Chris M +1. This indicates that 2 people will be in the studio.

  • Towards the bottom of the pop up you see the word personal. This means this session will be place on your personal calendar. Click on it. You should see another option there saying (Studio type gym)… This is the studio calendar and the one we all can see on the BetterLifePTstudio website.

Public or Private?

Underneath the calendar you can see a “default visibility” dropdown. There are two options, Private and Public. By default this is set to private where it will only show “BUSY” on the public (website) calendar. If you change this to “PUBLIC” the calendar will show your name or what you wrote in the title section before hand, i.e Chris M +1 on the public (website) calendar.

  • Once you’re done you can click SAVE.

  • To confirm everything has worked, follow the link or go to the website studio timetable page and you should see the session you just added. /studio-timetable
